Home Health Care Consultant

Home Health Care Consultant responsible for sourcing admissions through direct community contacts and educating healthcare providers and the public about Compassus home health programs. Develops and executes a market development plan with the Home Health Area Market Executive and Growth Director, maintains territory data, collaborates with clinical management for referral-source education, delivers calls/presentations to potential referral sources, and contributes to strategic planning and the business plan for the assigned territory. Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills; travel and flexible scheduling (including nights/weekends) are required to support relationship-building with referral sources and stakeholders. Fully integrates Compassus’s Pillars of Success and culture to promote compassionate, high-quality care.
