Home Health Care Consultant

Promote Compassus home health services by educating healthcare providers and the public, source admissions through direct community contacts, and deliver presentations to referral sources. Collaborate with leadership to educate providers and the public about the Home Health Program, maintain market data and territory plans, coordinate with clinical management for in-services, and travel as needed to meet referral-source needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field (strongly preferred) with related healthcare marketing experience preferred; excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Must be able to travel and maintain relationships with referral sources to meet patient and family needs.
