Job Summary
Promote and educate providers and the public about home health services; source admissions through direct community contacts, conduct calls and presentations to potential referral sources, and coordinate with clinical management to align with the Home Health program’s development plan. Maintain market data and territory plans, manage relationships with referral sources, travel as needed, and contribute to strategic planning within the Home Health agency business plan. Requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to present information to leaders and external parties, and proficiency in public relations and marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field is strongly preferred with 1–2 years of related experience; ability to travel and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field strongly preferred
- One to two years of related experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare marketing preferred
