The Business Development Liaison will develop and maintain a pipeline of patient referral sources to increase the agency's census within Austin and surrounding areas, promoting Capitol Home Health in the healthcare community. Responsibilities include establishing and growing referral relationships, leveraging CRM and EMR systems (Kinnser/Wellsky), and working to expand pre-existing accounts. Key skills include strong observation, verbal and written communication, computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Docs), and transportation to cover the territory. The role requires graduate-level education or equivalent experience in Home Health census development (minimum two years), and a focus on building partnerships with referral sources to sustain referrals and drive agency growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college/university
- minimum of two years' experience in Home Health census development with pre-existing accounts
- Excellent observation, verbal, and communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Knowledge of EMR (Kinnser/Wellsky) or willingness to develop within the first four weeks
- Access to reliable transportation
