Job Summary
Develop and maintain a pipeline of patient referral sources in San Antonio and surrounding areas; promote Capitol Home Health within the healthcare community; build and maintain relationships with referral sources to increase patient census; leverage CRM and EMR systems (Kinnser/WellSky); requires college graduate with 2+ years in home health census development, strong communication and observational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs; access to reliable transportation and a defined territory of San Antonio and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college/university or minimum of two years' (2) experience in Home Health census development with pre-existing accounts already established
- Excellent observation, verbal, and communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Knowledge of EMR (Kinnser/Wellsky) or must be willing and able to develop within the first four weeks of employment
- Access to reliable transportation
