Job Summary
Lead day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service while driving growth, revenue, and patient satisfaction. Manage financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics alongside clinical leadership to support appropriate staffing and regulatory compliance with Medicare and federal standards. Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing teams by implementing improvement initiatives and strengthening community referral relationships. Monitor key performance indicators to execute strategic growth plans and foster a collaborative workplace culture. This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 annually with bonus opportunities for a full-time position in Tacoma or Tumwater, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or management experience in healthcare
- Preferably in home health or hospice
- Strong experience leading teams and managing operational performance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans

- Home Health, Hospice, or Post-Acute Care leadership experience
