Job Summary
Direct day-to-day operations of the home health branch, ensuring efficient, compliant, and patient-centered care delivery while leading strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and payroll verification. Monitor key performance indicators to improve productivity, quality, and financial performance, ensuring the branch consistently meets operational, clinical, and fiscal goals. Maintain compliance with all Medicare, Medicaid, State, Federal, and company regulations, promote continuous quality improvement initiatives, and recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing interdisciplinary team. Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to drive local market growth and execute expansion strategies. Full-time role requiring current RN licensure, minimum two years of leadership experience, and one year of home health leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
- At least 1 year of Home Health leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, home health regulations, and reimbursement
- Experience managing budgets, staffing, productivity, and operational performance
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation for business travel within the assigned service area
- Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs
