Job Summary
Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and quality of patient care. Supervise branch and clinical staff while recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel. Develop and implement long-range plans for fiscal viability and revenue goals in collaboration with Area Directors. Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and oversee continuous quality improvement initiatives. Partner with sales directors to meet budgeted admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives. Maintain efficient office operations that meet local ordinances and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure (in the state of practice)
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Experienced with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards
- Fiscal management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
- Must possess reliable transportation
- Must possess automobile liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure (in the state of practice) preferred
- preferably within Home Health or Hospice
- EMR proficiency
- prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus
