Job Summary
Model the Compassus philosophy and promote positive relationships across departments and external stakeholders. Identify markets of opportunity to secure penetration for Ascension at Home and partner with program leaders to develop Books of Business and growth strategies. Oversee home health program growth, define monthly and annual objectives, and monitor metrics including contacts, closing, conversions, and payor mix. Serve as a growth resource to all staff, assist in recruiting and training new growth personnel, and support the start-up of new locations. Proactively monitor business issues affecting performance, including competitive pressures and talent challenges, while working with Medical Directors to ensure community advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing growth teams
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Articulates and embraces hospice philosophy
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- Masters of Business Administration or related degree
- At least three (3) years of experience leading growth teams
- Two (2) or more years of experience selling services within the healthcare field
