Job Summary
Home Health and Hospice Sales Consultant responsible for identifying and developing relationships with referral sources, generating new business leads, promoting AdvisaCare Home Health Care services, and maintaining communication with clients and healthcare professionals. Includes account management, preparing and delivering presentations, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with the team to meet organizational objectives. Requires ability to travel to meet with clients and referral sources; prior experience in healthcare or home health sales preferred; strong verbal/written communication and CRM proficiency; organized, self-driven, and able to work independently or with a team.
