Job Summary

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home health services to physicians, hospitals, and community organizations. Identify and establish relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, discharge planners, and social workers, while conducting regular visits to present services and provide educational materials. Attend community events and health fairs to raise awareness and build partnerships. Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, collaborate with the clinical team to align messaging with patient care goals, and maintain accurate CRM records. Provide feedback to management on strategies and referral needs. Assist in developing promotional materials including brochures and social media content. Work full-time weekdays from 8AM to 5PM.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or sales, preferably in home health or hospice
  • Strong understanding of the home health and hospice care industry and regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling paperwork, typing, and using office equipment
  • Visual and auditory acuity to review documents, communicate effectively, and respond to patient inquiries
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach to access files, storage cabinets, and other work-related materials
  • Stamina to work long hours and engage with a diverse group of people within the community to foster relationships
  • Maintain regular attendance and timeliness as set forth within the work schedule designated by the department supervisor/manager

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
