Job Summary
Assist with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility for seniors and adults. Provide care for fall-risk patients with close attention to safety, manage transfers, and offer companionship. Drive patients to appointments and run errands while following individualized care plans. Maintain patient privacy, communicate clearly with the care team, and obtain required certifications including HHA or CNA license, CPR-BLS, and specific CEUs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory. Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours with flexible morning, afternoon, and evening options available. Required Qualifications
- HHA Certificate (or Pass the HHA State Exam) or CNA License
- CPR - BLS Certification
- Physical Health Form within the last 6 months
- Negative TB Skin Test results or TBQ - Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test result
- CEU - HIV/Aids Certificate
- CEU - Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Certificate
- CEU - Assistance with Self Administered Medications Certificate
- Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of car insurance
- Ability to work independently and professionally
