Job Summary
Provide in-home care as a Personal Care Assistant: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing; meal preparation and nutrition; medication reminders and documentation; support mobility and daily exercises; offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities; assist with dementia care; maintain a clean and safe environment; communicate with healthcare providers and family about progress. Requires 6 months of home care experience, English proficiency, and the ability to pass a background check. A valid driver’s license may be required depending on client needs. Flexible scheduling with options for Full-time or Part-time shifts in Methuen, MA. Pay range $18.00-$21.00 per hour with benefits including flexible schedule, paid sick time, paid training, and referral program. Shift options include 12 hour, 4 hour, day, evening, and overnight. Work location: in person.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in home care or as a Personal Care Assistant.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Ability to pass a background check
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on client needs.
