Job Summary
Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility support. Provide medication reminders, documentation, and specialized dementia care while maintaining a clean environment. Offer companionship through meaningful conversations and coordinate with healthcare providers and family members. Maintain a valid driver's license and pass a background check. Requires six months of home care experience and strong English proficiency. Flexible scheduling available in 12 or 4-hour shifts across day, evening, and overnight rotations.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in home care or as a Personal Care Assistant
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Ability to pass a background check
- A heart for compassionate, high-quality in-home care
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- A valid driver's license
