Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and hygiene needs while providing medication reminders and helping with daily living tasks. Accompany clients to medical appointments and observe, document, and report any changes in health status. Maintain PPE compliance including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer to ensure safety for both staff and clients. Valid HHA or PCA certification and an up-to-date physical exam within the last 12 months are required. Drivers are preferred.
