Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care assistance including hygiene, dressing, incontinence care, and mobility support for seniors and adults with disabilities in Troy, PA. Deliver companionship, meal planning, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders while maintaining accurate care documentation. Travel to client homes as assignments become available to qualify for the $15–$17 per hour rate. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and completion of state competency testing or CNA license.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
