Job Summary
Home Health Aide Trainer provides orientations, assessments, and caregiver training for the FreedomCare program in Georgia, traveling within the Atlanta Metro Area. Responsibilities include conducting home orientations with paperwork, performing initial assessments, supervising on-care cases, training caregivers and patients, coordinating with care managers and other stakeholders, and implementing procedural improvements. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in care of frail or elderly adults, proficiency with data input (Salesforce a plus), ADL/IADL assessment know-how, a valid Georgia driver's license, strong communication and training abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; travel within the state is required. The role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on training, and ongoing learning opportunities within a mission-driven, inclusive employer.

- 2+ years of experience working with frail or elderly adults and caregivers
- Experience with data input; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience in home care, preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle for travel within the state
- Excellent training skills
- Team-player mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
