Home Health Aide

Monitor patient condition by observing physical and mental status, intake, output, and exercise. Provide support through housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and errands. Assist with personal services including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Teach patients and families proper techniques for mobility, hygiene, and patient handling. Record patient information in journals and notify supervisors of changes. Adhere to professional standards, policies, and federal, state, and local requirements. Maintain detail orientation and physical stamina while managing time effectively to meet client schedules.
