Job Summary
As a Home Health Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide non-medical assistance, including personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities for clients of various ages and abilities. Responsibilities include helping clients with grooming, bathing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Required qualifications include being 18 years or older, having at least 6 months of caregiver experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to pass a background check. Positions are available for both full-time and part-time caregivers, with competitive pay ranging from $16.50 to $18 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Have at least 6 months of caregiver experience with family, agency, or facility (not needed if you have your CNA)
- Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification (may obtain after interview)
- Be able to pass a national background check
- A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car
