Job Summary
Conduct daily care for individuals with special needs and intellectual disabilities in a residential group home setting. Provide on-the-job training and support within a family-style environment. Maintain current Texas driver's license or obtain one within 30 days for transportation duties. Complete background and driving record checks as part of the hiring process. Work standard shifts including 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, or 12am-8am Monday through Friday, or weekend rotations on Saturdays and Sundays. No prior experience required; paid training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Current TX driver's license or ability to obtain TX license within 30 days
- Background and driving record check on potential hires
Desired Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED preferred
