Job Summary
Conduct daily care for individuals with special needs and intellectual disabilities in a residential group home setting. Provide on-the-job training while delivering compassionate support to residents. Maintain current Texas driver's license or obtain one within 30 days, passing background and driving record checks. Work rotating shifts including 2pm-10pm Mon-Fri, 4pm-12am, and 12am-8am, or part-time Saturday and Sunday hours. Receive paid training and enjoy medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Current TX driver's license or ability to obtain TX license within 30 days
- Background and driving record check on potential hires
