Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with special needs and intellectual disabilities in a residential group home setting. Participate in daily activities and assist with personal care tasks while receiving paid on-the-job training. Maintain current Texas driver's license or obtain one within 30 days, and pass background and driving record checks. Full-time roles include shifts from 4pm-12am or 12am-8am Monday through Friday, with part-time options available on weekends. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid holidays and vacation, are included for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Current TX driver's license or ability to obtain TX license within 30 days
- Background and driving record check on potential hires
