Job Summary
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care; assist with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation; offer companionship to promote emotional well-being; provide medication reminders; document daily activities and changes in client condition. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with car insurance and reliable transportation; HHA certificate or CNA license preferred but training is provided; open availability preferred; background check required. This role encompasses Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, and Homemaker duties across multiple MA locations with flexible scheduling and strong emphasis on compassionate, patient care for seniors at home.
