Job Summary
Perform routine activities of daily living for clients, including bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom. Observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition such as appetite, pain, or vomiting. Maintain accurate records and report status changes to the RN. Assist with household chores and light housekeeping when needed while complying with nursing protocols. Work one-on-one with clients to help them remain safe and independent in their homes. Requires HHA or CNA certification, one year of caregiver experience, CPR certification, and a reliable vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- HHA or CNA Certification
- 1+ years experience as a caregiver
- Proof of pre-employment physical dated within 12 months
- Proof of negative TB test dated withing past 12 months (chest x-ray valid 5 years)
- CPR certification
- Drivers license & reliable vehicle
- Proof of car insurance
- Authorized to work in the United States
- English as a spoken & written language
