Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with special needs and intellectual disabilities in a residential group home setting. Perform daily activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and supervision. Work rotating shifts, including full-time 40-hour weeks and weekend coverage from 12pm to 12am or 12am to 12pm. Maintain current Texas driver's license or obtain one within 30 days, passing background and driving record checks. No prior experience required; paid training provided.
