Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with special needs and intellectual disabilities in a residential group home setting. Assist with daily living activities while ensuring a safe and family-like environment for residents. Complete background and driving record checks as part of the hiring process. No prior experience required; paid training is provided for all hires. Full-time positions include 4pm-12am Monday through Friday plus weekend coverage, while part-time roles cover Saturday and Sunday evenings or days. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid holidays and vacation, are included for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Current TX driver's license or ability to obtain TX license within 30 days
- Background and driving record check on potential hires

- HS diploma or GED preferred
