Job Summary
Provide compassionate care to individuals with special needs and intellectual disabilities in a residential group home setting. Deliver on-the-job training to new hires while maintaining a family-oriented environment. Perform duties during full-time shifts from 4pm to 12am Monday through Friday, or part-time Saturday and Sunday rotations. Obtain a current Texas driver's license within 30 days and complete background and driving record checks. No prior experience is necessary, as paid training is provided. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid holidays and vacation, are included for full-time staff.
