Job Summary
Provide private duty home health care to 1 client in Crestview, FL; assist with activities of daily living including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment; assist with shopping, homemaking, meal preparation and serving, and client socialization; offer companionship; observe infection-control measures; recognize, document, and report changes in the client's environment to the supervisor; requires 6 months of experience and a Florida CNA license or HHA certification, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and proof of current car insurance.
