Job Summary
Provide in-home patient care including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), mobility assistance and transfers, meal preparation with dietary considerations, light housekeeping, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, and offering companionship. Requires a New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification and at least 6 months of caregiving experience. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrates compassion, strong communication, reliability, patience, and adherence to safety protocols while delivering safe, respectful, and patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
