Job Summary
Home Health Aide in Port Matilda, PA provides in-home, one-on-one care to clients with personalized care plans. Responsibilities include personal care (hygiene and dressing), incontinence care and mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation.
