Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation while preparing light meals and assisting with feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping related to patient care and provide companionship and emotional support. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse and maintain accurate documentation according to company guidelines.
