Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) providing personal care, companionship, and homemaking in clients' homes under RN supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal planning and shopping, monitoring client condition, and supporting independence with dignity. Eligible candidates are CHHA-certified in New Jersey (required), with reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, good health, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
