Job Summary
Provide personal care and expanded scope task activities to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Deliver rehabilitative exercises under the supervision of a Rehabilitation Therapist. Report to the Home Health Aide Supervisor for overall guidance and assignments, and to the assigned Registered Nurse for supervision of patient care. This role involves direct patient support within the UHS Senior Living division at Ideal Home Care.
