Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance, including hygiene, dressing, and incontinence care, while supporting mobility and medication reminders. Deliver companionship, emotional support, meal planning, light housekeeping, and errands or transportation as needed. Maintain accurate care documentation for each client. Travel to clients' homes in Muncy, PA and surrounding areas, accepting assignments from the waitlist to qualify for the $15–$17 hourly rate. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and completion of state competency testing or CNA license.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
