Job Summary
Join EmmUcare Home Health as a Home Health Aide providing in-home, patient-centered care in Williamsport or Monessen, PA. Day shifts with flexible schedules, supporting geriatrics and home health needs. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient condition, and collaborating with the care team.
