Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services and support to residents in memory care settings. Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) while actively monitoring for changes in their day and personal care needs to update the Resident Care Plan with the Nurse. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Maintain a positive attitude and love working with people while delivering compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- A current state required certification as a HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
