Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents in memory care settings. Engage and assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) while monitoring for changes in their day and personal care needs. Collaborate with nursing staff to update Resident Care Plans based on observed shifts. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. This role requires a positive attitude and love for working with people, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Current state certification as a HHA/CHHA or Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
