Job Summary
Direct Care Worker to provide in-home, compassionate care for elderly and participants with disabilities. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, errands or transportation as needed, accompanying clients to appointments and reminders with medications, meal preparation, personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), and offering companionship. Training is completed via a mobile app with virtual face-to-face interactions (Zoom). Flexible schedules available, with options for part-time or full-time work. Requires 18+ years of age and ability to pass a criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Criminal Background report
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time
