Home Health Aide

Conduct high-quality personal care for residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, and incontinent care. Assist with mealtime preparation and encourage eating. Document shift assignments and communicate updates to families, department heads, and the Director of Resident Services. Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly while providing planned activities. Maintain vital signs, perform height and weight checks, and ensure all tasks align with policy. Work as a Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant with a high school diploma or GED.
