Job Summary
Provide in-home care to clients in Lock Haven and surrounding areas as a Home Health Aide. Responsibilities include personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing), mobility support for incontinence care, companionship and emotional support, meal planning/preparation, light housekeeping, errands/transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Requires CNA license or completion of state competency test, valid driver’s license with ability to travel, and a TB test or chest X-ray. Flexible schedule with day/evening/weekend shifts; full-time or part-time options.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid Driver’s license and the ability to travel for work
