Job Summary
Provide in-home care for clients in DuBois and surrounding areas, delivering personal care (hygiene/dressing), mobility support, companionship, meal planning/preparation, light housekeeping, errands/transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Role requires CNA license or completion of state competency test, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel. Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray may be required. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules with day/evening/weekend shifts; schedule based on availability and client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid Driver’s license and the ability to travel for work
