Job Summary
Provide one-on-one, in-home care to seniors and adults, assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation. Remind clients of medication schedules, offer companionship, and support their hobbies and social engagement to help them live safely and independently. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to work independently across Northern Michigan communities including Gaylord, Traverse City, and Alpena. Flexible scheduling available for full-time, part-time, seasonal, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Strong communication and time management skills
