Job Summary
Provide one-on-one, in-home care to seniors and adults, assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. Remind clients of medications, offer companionship, and support their hobbies and social engagement. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel between clients in Northwest Michigan communities. Work flexible shifts ranging from 3 to 12 hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with rotating schedules available for full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Strong communication and time management skills
