Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and hygiene needs while providing medication reminders and helping with daily living tasks. Accompany clients to medical appointments and observe, document, and report any changes in health status. This role supports clients in their homes as a Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant. Valid HHA or PCA certification, an up-to-date physical exam within the last 12 months, and English proficiency are required. Drivers are preferred. Competitive pay is $20.50/hour with weekly direct deposit and referral bonuses available. Immediate hiring is available for full-time and part-time positions in the NY Metropolitan Area and Nassau County.
