Home Health Aide - Hospice - McGregor

As a Home Health Aide, provide direct in-home care and companionship to clients, assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, simple wound care, and other personal care tasks per a nurse or therapist’s instructions. Maintain a safe home environment with light housekeeping, accurately document care per policy, and communicate updates to the supervising nurse or therapist. Build trusting relationships with clients and families, offering compassionate support and ensuring a safe, comfortable living space. Travel to client homes within the assigned region for on-site care. Requires CNA or HHA certification and ability to follow care plans, work independently in a home setting, and read/write/speak English. Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for home visits. Regular travel to client homes; no supervisory responsibilities. Employment type is hourly, non-exempt, part-time.
