Home Health Aide

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility. Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance. Respond promptly to resident needs and observe for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral conditions, reporting unusual symptoms or injuries to a licensed nurse. Complete all required forms and documentation such as incident reports and behavior tracking. Prepare and serve meals, assist with eating, make beds, empty garbage, and tidy rooms daily. Requires current CNA and Maryland Home Health Aide licenses, CPR certificate, and reliable transportation. Schedule includes on-call rotation with competitive compensation and benefits.
