Job Summary
Provide in-home patient care under a one-on-one care plan, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and light housekeeping. Maintain care records, report observations to supervisor, and engage patients with conversation and activities to support mental alertness. Ensure medication reminders are followed and support patient exercises as directed by care plan.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One-year prior professional experience
- Driver’s license required
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
