Job Summary
Hands-on ADL support (transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility) and home-environment care (infection control, linens, light laundry); monitor medications and vitals, document in digital charting; provide therapeutic engagement (reading, reminiscence, range-of-motion guidance, short walks); perform accurate care documentation; requires completion of an HHA program and 1 year of home-health experience; must have valid driver’s license and CPR or acquire within 30 days; schedule offers days/evenings/overnights with mileage reimbursement; Salem, NJ-based, full-time Home Health Aide with potential for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate)
- Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care
