Job Summary
Provide one-to-one patient care as a Home Health Aide, performing hands-on ADL support (transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility) and home-environment tasks (infection control, linens, light laundry). Monitor medications and symptoms, document vitals and care notes in the digital charting system, and deliver therapeutic engagement (reading aloud, reminiscence, range-of-motion guidance, and supervised activities). Requires completing a state-approved HHA program, at least 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience, valid driver's license with reliable transportation, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), and strong communication and relationship-centered care skills. Location-specific shifts include days, evenings, or overnights, with mileage reimbursement and consistent hours.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).
- Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
