Job Summary
Certified Home Health Aide providing one-to-one patient care for a female client in Upper Black Eddy, PA. Responsibilities include hands-on ADL support (transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility), light housekeeping and laundry, medication and symptom monitoring, and therapeutic engagement (reading aloud, reminiscence, ROM guidance, short walks) with accurate documentation in the digital charting system. Flexible schedule with days, evenings, or overnights; shift observed is 7am-12pm, Sunday through Saturday. Minimum 1 year of home-health or hospice experience and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Competitive pay.
